LouBird's sources its produce from local farms, with a keen eye for quality and freshness. We look forward to sharing our love and passion for food with you!
Loubirds was born in the summer of 2021 when Owner and Baker, Louis Evans, jumped into Pizza under his own brand. Louis studied at The Art Institute of Seattle for Culinary Arts in 2012. Combining his education, passion, and 17 years of work experience in the culinary arts - Louis sets out to bring great food with real ingredients to the people of Santa Barbara County.
The Lou in Loubirds is self-explanatory. However, Bird's is the common question up for debate. In all honesty, we named it after our fantastic dog, Birdie. Birdie is often seen at pop-ups or going along for the Farmer's Market trips. Make sure to say hi if you see her, she loves the attention.
